Press guard PLUS is specially formulated to protect against corrosion and maintain all the major metals found in today’s highly developed printing press.
Press guard PLUS has been specially designed to provide even stronger protection for press parts with very high corrosion stress levels such as metal back blanket applications.
Press guard is used to clean, maintain and protect all machine parts where corrosion protection is required, including Printing Cylinders and Bearers, Plate Clamps and Blanket Tensioners, Roller Shafts, Side Frames, and much more.
Press guard significantly exceeds the minimum requirements of OEM cylinder protection.

XCP ONE is a high performance multipurpose penetrating spray designed to penetrate, lubricate, displace moisture, as well as clean and protect against corrosion. XCP Universal part cleaner

XCP Universal Parts Cleaner is a powerful non-chlorinated, solvent based fast evaporating cleaner and degreasing agent for use on a wide variety of parts and surfaces. It quickly penetrates into hard to reach parts and removes dirt, grease, oil and grime without leaving any residue. Use it on chains, machine parts and electrical contacts. Effectively removes dirt and grease deposits from O-rings, X-rings and Z-rings chains. Removes residue and condensation from electrical equipment.

XCP LUBRICATE & PROTECT is a high performance multipurpose lubricant spray, designed to withstand extreme pressure and deliver long lasting protection against friction, wear and corrosion. A powerful blend of mineral and bio-based ingredients, it is designed to deliver maximum performance in a wide range of applications, including high pressure and motion.

XCP Rust Blocker

XCP Rust Blocker is a soft, anti-corrosive compound. It creates a soft, long lasting protective barrier to protect any steel, metal or alloy surface against the effects of rust and corrosion. Spray it, wipe it, brush it or dip it. A soft tack, that resists cracking. Depending on the level of protection required, coating thickness can be further reduced by buffing down if necessary. The bonding of the film with the metal surface will ensure market leading corrosion resistance. If used on coated and/or non-metal surfaces and parts, test on an inconspicuous area first.

XCP Chain Lubricant

XCP CHAIN LUBRICANT quickly penetrates the links and sprockets to lay down a thin, even and non-sticky film, designed to keep the chain lubricated and protected. The non-sticky film allows for easier dirt rinse off, when cleaning.

The powerful formula is built to withstand extreme pressure, reduce friction and minimise the long term effects of wear maximising the power output of the chain.
